Onsite Registration and Information Desk
Registration will open on Monday, October 6, and remain open through Thursday, October 9th. Please collect your badge and conference materials early to avoid long lines. The onsite registration and information desk will be located in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in Hall G. Hours will be posted at a later date.
Full Conference Registration Refund Policy
Full conference registration refund requests must be submitted to Kimberly Klonoski at Kimberly.Klonoski@gladstein.org. If your cancellation request is received by July 31, 2014, you will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. After this date, refunds are no longer accepted. However, substitutions are permitted. Substitutions must be confirmed in writing by September 19th, 2014. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for “no-shows.” Please allow four weeks for refund processing.
Expo Hall Only Registration Refund Policy

If your cancellation request is received by September 5, 2014, you will receive a refund, less a $10 processing fee. After this date, refunds are no longer accepted. However, substitutions are permitted. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for “no-shows.” Please allow four weeks for refund processing.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the event that HHP Summit 2014 is cancelled due to significant and unforeseen events inhibiting travel to the New Orleans area (for reasons such as weather, fires, floods, labor dispute, failure of power or utilities, delay in transportation facilities, etc.), show management will refund fees paid for registration, sponsorship, and exhibit booth space. Fees for travel, time investment, and all other event-related expenses will not be reimbursed. Please note this refund policy applies only in the event of a full event cancellation made at the discretion of the organizers. For more information about this policy, exhibitors and sponsors should refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the current HHP Summit Sponsorship Prospectus. No guarantees are made with respect to the schedule for reimbursement payments.
